dec. 25 marked the start of the yearly manila film fest...i dont really watch alot or even watch a few filipino movies...because most of the movies are really bad....i've only watched like a handful of filipino movies and most of which i cant even remember the titles anymore....but once and a while the filipino movie industry releases a good of movies...i just wish they keep that consistency of good quality movies...and not just during the manila film fest. anyways...here's the list of the official entries of the manila film fest...if you're interested..why not watch it??

so all in all its 10 entries...and this is the first time the manila film fest had sooo much to offer...which actually excites me!!! which is good, by the way!!! ^____^

today, i went to the movies with my mum, dad and mica....mum and dad watched "ako legal wife" while me and mica watched "enteng kabisote 2".....my brother already watched exodus yesterday...he said it was okay but they focused too much on the fight scenes that its more fight than talk so there's not much room left for comprehension.

im really impressed after watching that movie!! the effects were made pretty well...considering what i've seen back then...and just an added info i havent seen the first one actually...which is why i kinda regretted it...but still i love it...because enteng kabisote or back then it was known as "OKay ka fairy ko"..it used to be a tv show here..where as the main character, Enteng...married a fairy princess, Faye...and all sorts of funny antics happened!!! i was a kid back then when i watched this series and its one of the few filipino tv series that i really love!!! i was really fascinated by those magic stuff they did and the storyline was great too!! and when they did this remake of the series into a movie...i wasnt disappointed at all...altho my memory of the tv series back then is kinda vague already...i can still tell that they gave justice to my childhood memories!!! ^___^ i just feel bad i wasnt able to watch the first movie...there's actually going to be a part 3 of it!! ahahahahaa!!! cant wait for that next film fest!!!

my parents loved the movie they watched too...at least they got to see the movies that showed before that!! tomorrow actually....i might just go out to the mall with mica and watch mulawin: the movie this time...mulawin was actually a recent tv series that just finished airing sometime ago...but i never got to watched it..for the reason that the stupid tv station never gave the exact time...that's one thing i hate about filipino tv...they never give time (except for RPN 9, they always have that little white digi time at the bottom!!)...tv stations would always air these commercials for their shows (which i really want to watch out of curiosity) but then they'll say the time of airing would be like "Ipapalabas ang Mulawin pagatapos ng..." its like whaaat?? i dont want to watch the show before mulawin...i just want to watch mulawin...why make it so hard on me??!! they should really learn to give the time. here's like a list of filipino tv series that i want to watch but never got to...for the reasons of there's no time...and i never got to start it from the beginning..

ooookaaay...so if you're from the philippines...you can tell they are all from the tv station GMA 7....im not really picky about my tv station..its just whenever i see their commercial i can immediatly tell if its good or bad...it doesnt matter if it looks low budget...but what catches my interest is that the story plot is really good!!! its the kind of show that writers actually sat down and thought about!!! i've noticed with philippine soap operas and tv series...they just start the series good then end it really bad...because writers of these shows would usually give a really good start of the story...but they never actually finish the story...so in the middle of the show...its like they keep adding these unnessesary (sp?) characters just to prolong the show and ratings...they dont know how to end it well...but just recently with GMA 7...i've noticed that they're actually doing a good job now...so when i see a new tv series that they would air...i would definitely try and catch it this time!!! ^____^V

i dont care what other people would think of me when they find out im watching these kinds of shows...they should be the ones who are embarassed (sp?) of themselves!
